GIS Laboratories

The Faculty of Social Sciences hosts two well-equipped GIS laboratories that support both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and practical training. The laboratories provide students and researchers with opportunities to develop skills in spatial analysis, digital mapping, remote sensing, and geographic data management. These facilities play an important role in advancing research and community-based projects related to the environment, development, planning, and resource management.

The Faculty of Social Sciences has seven technology-enabled smart classrooms designed to create an interactive and engaging learning environment. Social Science Library

The Social Science Library provides a supportive academic environment for students, researchers, and staff. It offers well-organized reading spaces, reference materials, textbooks, journals, and a wide range of social science collections that support teaching, learning, and research activities across the faculty. It also serves as a quiet and accessible study area for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

In addition to library services, the facility includes modern classrooms that support interactive, technology-enhanced teaching and office rooms that accommodate academic and administrative staff, ensuring efficient service delivery. A well-equipped meeting hall is available for academic discussions, seminars, workshops, and institutional gatherings. The campus also provides sports facilities, including gym services, to promote student and staff well-being, physical fitness, and recreational activities. Furthermore, a digital library service is available, offering access to electronic resources, databases, and online learning materials that enhance research and academic work beyond physical collections.
