Dr. Nebiyu Shitaye is an assistant professor of surgery and a dedicated consultant general and pediatric surgeon based in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia.

A graduate of Jimma University, Dr. Nebiyu completed his specialty training in general surgery at Addis Ababa University, followed by a subspecialty in pediatric surgery at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health in Bangalore, India.

Professor Admasu Tsegaye Agidew is a renowned expert in crop ecology and resource conservation, currently serving as a professor at the Centre for Environment and Development Studies, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. As founder and senior advisor of HaRu Centre for Sustainable Agriculture and Environment, he drives innovation and leadership in sustainable agriculture, food security, and natural resources.
