Established in 1963 in Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom, the University of East Anglia (UEA) has a student population of about 16,872. The UNESCO Chair programme builds directly on the expertise of the UEA’s Literacy and Development Group (LDG), which brings together researchers in education and international development from across the University of East Anglia.
Professor Anna Robinson-Pant is the UNESCO Chair-holder, leading a faculty team consisting of: Dr. Sheila Aikman, Dr. Catherine Jere, Professor Yann Lebeau, Dr. Esther Priyadharshini, Professor Nitya Rao, and Professor Alan Rogers.
