In collaboration with Brooke Ethiopia and four leading universities, Bahir Dar University’s School of Veterinary Medicine participated in a strategic mission to advance animal health management and share best practices in equine care.

Representing Bahir Dar University, Dr. Yeshwas Ferede Alemu co-authored Ethiopia’s first National Laboratory Animal Use and Care Guideline, a landmark framework launched at the Armauer Hansen Research Institute to standardize ethical research practices and animal welfare nationwide.
