Since ILA’s establishment, the academic staff in collaboration with other academic institutions, government and NGOs have carried out researches on the above themes and published on international peer-reviewed journals including ILA’s own journal (Journal of Land Policy and Governance)

The major research focus areas of the Institute of Land Administration Research and Publications Office are divided onto six broad themes:-

▪              Economic, cultural and social circumstances relating to land and other immovable,

▪              Real Estate/Land laws, regulations, working procedures,

▪              Land provision, registration, cadaster, conflict resolution, etc.

▪              Surveying, planning, land use, valuation

▪              Environmental protection and sustainable development,

▪              Real estate governance, policy and the state.

The institute's research focuses are planned to be revised annually.
