Habtamu Bishaw Asress (Ph.D.) is an assistant professor in Land Ppolicy and Ggovernance, in the Institute of Land Administration, Bahir Dar University.  He has got PhD in 2021 from Bahir Dar University in a joint PhD program by Bahir Dar University and DAAD in land policy and Governance. He has rich experience in teaching and research in the area of real property valuation, real estate economics and land governance. Dr. Habtamu has provided different trainings for rural and urban land administration experts and other stakeholders at different place and time. He has also served as a course chair for Economics track courses for more than four years in the department of land administration and Surveying. He has also  participated in different training in the area of real property valuation and land administration.
