Bethelhem Basazinew Fentie (M.Sc.) is Lecturer of Architecture Department, Institute of land Administration, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. She has graduated with her BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Adama University 2005. she received her M.Sc.. degree in Structural Engineering, Bahir Dar university in 2009.
