Joined in 2004, Biset Ayalew (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Communications at Bahir Dar University.  In his prior work experience (1997 - 2001), he taught English at Kemise High school, Amhara Region.

Field of specialization:     Journalism and Communication; Teaching English as a Foreign Language

Research interest: Media Effect Research, Audience Research, Interactive Pedagogy

Community service interest: Provide training to people who work for a community radio and/ or a school mini media
