Introduction:
The Ethiopian Institute of Textile and Fashion Technology (EiTEX) Students Union (SU) is the officially recognized representative body for all undergraduate and graduate students at EiTEX. EiTEX SU serves as the essential bridge between the diverse student body and the administration, working to advocate for student interests, organize meaningful activities, and provide essential support services. We are committed to enhancing the overall student experience at EiTEX and fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

The EiTEX Students Union's mission is to be the unified voice of the student body, working tirelessly to advocate for student interests and to enhance the overall educational experience at EiTEX. We are committed to fostering a vibrant, inclusive community, ensuring students are represented in all relevant institutional processes, and providing opportunities for academic, social, and personal growth.

Our vision is to be a leading students’ union that fosters a dynamic and inclusive environment where every EiTEX student thrives, is empowered to reach their full potential, and feels a strong sense of belonging and pride in their community. We envision a future where the EiTEX SU is a respected and influential partner in the growth and success of the entire institution.
Activities:
EiTEX Students Union organizes a variety of activities aimed at enhancing student life. These include academic seminars and workshops designed to boost your skills and knowledge, exciting social events and cultural celebrations, sports and recreational activities that promote a healthy lifestyle, and community outreach programs that allow you to give back to society. We also facilitate leadership training, student advocacy campaigns, and host guest speakers from various fields. We encourage all students to get involved and make the most of these great opportunities!
Services:
The EiTEX Students Union is dedicated to providing students with the resources they need to thrive. Our services include academic support programs such as tutoring and study groups, confidential student advocacy and grievance handling, career development assistance to help you get ready for the working world, health and wellness support to keep you feeling good, financial aid information to help those in need, and access to resources such as printing facilities and equipment.
Progress:
Since its establishment, E-SU has made significant strides in improving campus life, increasing student engagement, enhancing communication with administration, and providing better support services. Our ongoing commitment ensures responsiveness to the evolving needs of our student body.
