The Diplomacy and Foreign policy research center (DFPRC) formalize partnerships with the FDRE Defense War College, Global Black Center, and Jirt Peace and Reconciliation Organization (JPRO).
The landscape of modern diplomacy is shifting. Today, foreign policy cannot exist in isolation from national security, historical identity, or grassroots reconciliation. It is with great pride that the Diplomacy and Foreign Policy Research Center (DFPRC) announce the signing of three transformative Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
These partnerships with the FDRE Defense War College, the Global Black Center, and the Jirt Peace and Reconciliation Organization (JPRO) represent our commitment to Diplomacy and foreign policy researches and consultancy services.
At the Diplomacy and Foreign Policy Research Center (DFPRC), we believe that the most complex global challenges cannot be solved in a vacuum. True insight requires a blend of collaborations.
We are thrilled to announce that DFPRC has officially signed three landmark Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) that will redefine our research capabilities and capacity building efforts.
The purpose of these MoU is to provide a comprehensive framework for the relationship between DFPRC-BDU and GBC, FDRE War Collage and JPRO, outlining the objectives and responsibilities of the parties. It is not intended to form a binding legally enforceable contract between the parties, but to express their bona fides. The relationship between the BDU and these institutions are based on pooling their resources, leveraging their comparative strengths, and making individual contributions.
DFPRC-BDU and GBC, FDRE DWC and JPRO support and complement each other's efforts in ways that achieve their respective missions and achieve maximum results. It depends on faith, rapid and lasting positive changes in in joint research projects, capacity building and policy dialogue series.
