LMS training

Training on the use of LMS is delivered

Capacity building training on the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) was delivered to instructors in the Department of Geography & Environmental Studies who teach courses in postgraduate program by Ethiopian Educational Network to Support Agricultural Transformation (EENSAT). The training was organized by EENSAT project in collaboration with ICT Office and Geospatial Data & Technology Center (GDTC) at Bahir Dar University. The training was held for two days (October 27 & 28, 2020). The training covers the following contents:

  • Description on Interface of the System and How to Update User Profile
  • How to Use Activity and Resource List on Course Design?
    • How to Edit Course Summary?
    • How to Edit Topic Summary?
    • How to Add Materials Using File on Audio, PDF, PPT, Video and Word File Format to Your Course
    • How to Add Materials Using Label on Video and Audio File Format to Your Course?
    • How to Add Materials Using Book, Jitsi, URL, Folder and Lesson on Your Course?
    • How to Evaluate Your Students?

 

  • How to Manage System and Course Content?

EENSAT is an innovative capacity development project with the aim of strengthening the use of geo-data for agriculture and water to enhance food security and socio-economic development in Ethiopia in line with the Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP) priorities at the participating Higher Education (BDU, AAU & MU) and Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutes.
