Mission and Vision
The faculty’s mission and vision bases the mission and vision of Bahir Dar University.
i.Mission
The mission of the Faculty of Social Sciences is to train social science scholars who can work out social, cultural, economic, political, problems at global, regional and national levels. In addition, research and community services are the top duties of the faculty in line with the university’s mission.
ii.Vision
The vision of the Faculty of Social Sciences is become a centre of excellence for social science research, community service and quality training.
