School of Public Health holds the second ‘Public Health Seminar Series’

(May 6, 2022, Bahir Dar): School of Public Health at College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University in collaboration with its adjunct staff and Alliance for Research, Innovation and Education (AfRIE) held this month’s Friday seminar on “‘Use and Misuses of Statistical Methods in Epidemiological and clinical trial studies”, the second ‘Public Health Seminar Series.’

Dr. Dawit Tadesse (PhD), an eminent Biostatistician at WCG Statistics Collaborative Inc., USA, delivered today’s talk via zoom.

The seminar was convened by Dr. Tesfay Mersha, an Adjunct professor of College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Bahir Dar University.

The organizing committee appreciated the facilitator, Dr. Tesfaye Mersha and the speaker Dr. Dawit Tadesse (PhD), for sharing their wealth of experience and expertise with the staff and attendants. They also extended their gratitude to the participants for attending the seminar.

It is to be recalled that the first ‘Public Health Seminar Series’ was held last month at which Professor Tsegaselassie Workalemahu, a renowned academician at the University of UTAH, USA, delivered a talk on “Master the techniques of writing winning proposals”.
