Call for paper

The mission of Blue Nile Water Institute (BNWI) is to contribute to sustainable management of the water resources in upper Blue Nile basin by conducting applied and basic researches, training, consultancy and advisory services and via disseminating technologies. One of the objectives of BNWI is to provide fora for the discussion of issues related to water.

Erosion and sedimentation are threats of Lake Tana and national workshop is being organized to bring together the right actors and propose way forward.

Scientific papers related to the thematic area are called and relevant papers will be presented in the first day and new proposal of the year 2013/2014 will be evaluated in the second day.

The Research and Community Services office is pleased to announce the continuation of its tradition of rewarding staff who publish their works. We have collected articles published up to Megabit 30, 2005 EC last year. Therefore, we accept articles published between Miazia 1, 2005 EC and now.

Authors are requested to attach one reprint, if available, a printout or a photocopy of the article, or the actual book, when it is a book or a copy of its essential parts (when the whole material is difficult to attach). Upon submission, please fill the two forms below.
